“I bought a single bottle to try. When I get leg cramps at night I can often, but not always stave them off by carefully bending and stretching just right. But other times, stretching can bring on a cramp. During the time I was taking MAG R&R I was able to avoid getting any full on cramps. Then last night I forgot to take them and just barely fought off a bad cramp. So I can't swear that it works, but I think it may have helped. Enough so that now that I've run out, I'm going to order a couple more bottles and continue trying it out.”

“I have now used a full first of three bottles of the MAG R&R and have noticed a significant reducing nighttime leg ramping and of course sleeping more soundly. Been using 2 instead of the 3 suggested to extend the time.”

“By luck I saw the ad for muscle relief. I was suffering from extreme leg cramps while sleeping. I bought it! From day one the cramps are gone!! Never had a problem with sleep but I found a much deeper sleep and woke even more refreshed then ever. I am a true believer!!”

“I am 69 years old and have been suffering from horrible cramps in my right calf day and night for months. I was only getting 4 hours sleep a night and was generally miserable. I could no longer exercise other than walking. I tried other products for cramps and popped several pain pills a day. I ordered and started taking Magnesium R&R the beginning of October (3 a night before bed). Cramps during the day stopped pretty much immediately but they were still persistent at night even though I was now sleeping 6 hours a night. I continued to take 3 pills a night. This past Monday I woke up after sleeping 7 1/2 hours and I had no cramps during the night. Tuesday no cramps and none since then. I cut back to 2 pills now and will cut back to one soon. I don't know why the cramps started or why Mag R&R helped, but I am so grateful! Slowly back to exercising next week!”
