“As a senior citizen, I learned what painful muscle cramps were! They hurt so badly. I found MAG R&R on the Internet and have beem buying and stocking up on them ever since! I have to add that although I take 2 or 3 capsules every single night, one night I got the cramps again. i rushed and took a couple more capsules and BANG! The cramps disappeared! Make a note of that!”
