“I have been using Mag R&R since September because I was having severe muscle cramps at night and was worried what was happening. I take 2 capsules and have added 2 1 mg Melatonins and now I sleep at least 7 hours, sometimes 8 getting up twice during the night. This product is a miracle for a 94 year old woman.”

“Unless these unbelievably painful cramps which have reduced me to tears, there is no way to describe them. I have spent countless money for promises of relief that never came. With Mag R&R, my relief was IMMEDIATE, with a 2-pill dose. After two weeks of total relief, I experienced severe cramps again, which moved from thighs to my calf; I upped the dosage to three pills. I'm almost afraid to say out loud that I've had NO further cramps whatsoever; the relief is beyond words. I encourage anyone who tried Mag R&R without relief, to increase the dose - don't give up!”

“I have been trying the MAG R&R for a few months nopw, and it is definitely helping me greatly. I suffer from a few neuropothies, and when I agressively exercise my legs specifically, my muscles do not recover for a number of days. This product has greatly improved the recovery time and made is possible to be mobile and maintain the strength necessary to be active.”

“Mag R&R helps me to go to sleep and stay a sleep until I have to go to the bathroom around 3 or 4 o'clock, then I go back to sleep fairly easy. I am 86 years, which doesn't help.”
