“I first started with one capsule a night. Seemed to be a little help with muscle cramps , not so much with my poor sleep. I then went to two capsules and it seemed a bit better. I have taken three capsules a night for the past four nights and I have had much better sleep and no leg muscle cramps.”

“I purchased this product to help with my night cramps. It has definitely helped since I've been taking for a month. I still get the occasional cramp, but that's usually when I don't drink enough water during the day.”

“Thank you. After a week of use I was sleeping through the night, for the most part but certainly not awakened because of any type of pain or leg cramps. The first time in as long as I can remember. No lasting affect during the day and it is a true godsend☺️”
