“Sometime ago I started experiencing severe night cramps in my legs and feet. I had no idea why they started or how to lessen or eliminate them. I was anxious about going to bed because they were occurring every night. I started researching via the internet and found information and testimonials about this product. I thought, "What the heck? What have I got to lose but some time and a small investment." It's been amazing to discover it really works. I have experimented with different dose levels but I find that 3 capsules each night ensure I do not have any cramps any more. Very grateful for 3 Mag R & R!”

“Was up every night with bad leg cramps and restless legs was so bad my wife was talking about getting twin beds . Just after frist 2 weeks I was sleeping all night.”

“I got to the point that my nighttime leg and foot cramps kept me from sleeping for any substantial amount of time. Ever since I have taken Mag RR I get plenty of sleep, but best of all no cramps or Charlie horses!! This is a product that truly works and does what it says it will do”

“I used to get horrific leg cramps that just wouldn't stop when I was in bed. I would have to jump out of bed and stand on the leg and massage it and sometimes it took quite awhile to ease. Since I've been using MagR&R if I start to get a leg cramp it just dissipates. That is such a relief! I also feel relaxed when I take the capsule a little before bedtime.”

“I use to have terrible leg and foot cramps all throughout the night which affected my sleep. I started taking MAG R&R starting with a low dose of 1-2 capsules that helped my sleep but still has some muscle cramps. I incresed the dosage to three before going to bed and have had no muscle cramps along with a good nights sleep. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from muscle cramps or not getting a good night's sleep.”

“I was experiencing very painful and plentiful night leg muscle cramps. Since using MAG R&R they have been noticeably reduced. I still might have an occasional discomfort, but nothing like the awful, scream out loud things I used to get!”

“Started June 2nd will start on my 3rd container next week been taking 3 nightly faithfully since July 10th. Usually still massage feet & lower legs without my oil tinctures but tried without and NO cramps for a whole week now. Will continue to monitor my success and most likely subscribe after one more order with my review discount. Will need to finish my 180 pill supply then and start subscribing as I want to continue to be cramp free. Sincerely, Hanneke”
