“I thought I was destined to suffering night time cramps for the rest of my life. That was until I read about MAG R&R and made the leap to purchase some. I have tried just about everything from "this will fix it pills" to drinking dill pickle juice. Nothing worked. I didn't want to go to sleep because I knew what was coming. “I have been suffering with extreme leg cramps for a while . Every night I’m awaken by pain . Since using 2 caps every night my life has changed. The cramps have gone away once in a while I experience a little cramping which if I just flex my feet and move my legs they go away . I sleep better and the cramps have stopped a lot . I love this product. I say give it a try . I used to wake up crying in pain and now it’s sooooo much better.”

“I've had muscle cramps off and on for some time. Then it got where it was every other hour through the night. I tried your remedy and I believe it's helping but I'm still experiencing some cramps so I'm giving it a abit more time. Also I've learned it's important to go to bed with an alkaline balance body. When I achieve that I do much better. I used to eat fruit before I went to bed which put me in an acidic condition. When I stopped that it also helped. So between the two I'm hoping I've got them beat. Give me another two weeks and I'll let you know. The service of the company is very good and I appreciate their timely help.”

Hi there! Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use. Consistency is key. We can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“After a couple of months the viability of the product is on the wane. I'm now taking two per night and about one out of three nights I will still get cramps, some nights worse than others. I have stared leaving one cap in the bathroom so on the bad nights I can take another one when the cramps wake me up.”

“Definitely helped with leg cramps but woke up daily with horrible neck pain. Had to discontinue use unfortunately. Used product for about two weeks. One day without using neck pain was gone.Update with me even asking they refunded my money! Even though it didn’t work for me their customer service is fabulous!!!”
