“I dread going to sleep at night brcause I know I will be awakened several times during the night. Because I will have severe "Charlie Horses" every 2 hours. When I saw the ad for MAG R&R i thought"this may be my answer", so I ordered a bottle. I take it every night before bed. I still get Charlie Horses but not as many and not as strong. So I ordered more, hoping foreven better results.”

“This product is truly incredible. I was waking up 3 and 4 times a night due to leg cramps and was waking up tired every morning. This product, taken at bedtime really helps. I only take one tablet instead of the three listed on the directions.”

“I am a high energy person. It takes a lot for me to slow down. Rarely sleep more than 4 hours at a time. I use this product when my night cramps appear for a few nights in a row. I will keep using it as needed.”

“I take 2 capsule every night, and more and more often I can sleep throughout the night, without having to get up and use the restroom. I have also noticed that with my back and knee pain, I have been able to go out in the yard and help with some work there. I never had enough energy or strength because of the severity of the pain, to do that before. That it quite amazing. My wife has nocturnal calf cramps at night. She takes 1 capsule before bed, and has not had any legcramps at all since that. She also sleeps deeper, and has more energy to do things during the day. I am usually very hesitant to try these "natural" remedies, but I must admit that I can see results from this product. I anxious to see what it will be like after 90 days. You might make a believer of me after all...”
