“This is my second bottle and I was very satisfied with the first one. But it seems I’m having some muscle cramps with the second bottle. Not as bad as they were but especially in the feet. I would still recommend it.”

“Been sufferring throough many years of BRUTAL hamstring cramps. I've been using MAG R&R for about nine months. I've cramped only 4 or 5 times over the 9 months and all but one of those cramps were NOT severe. I've been searching for years and finally found the ahswer. MAG R&R!!!! I also ramped up hydration using a powder mixed in water.”
