“My husband leg cramps were severe it happened almost nightly. After a few days of the R&R, we noticed the intensity of the cramp was much less after a week or so on the product we experience several days in a row with 100% relief. This product Definitely helped and we will continue to use it. We learned a lot about the necessary nutrients that these type of ailments need, and you also have to have the correct form of magnesium which this product supplies. Wishing all good health ❤️”

“I was skeptical that the product would make a difference with my foot and lower leg cramps but was willing to try anything. I was being awakened five, six or seven times every night with painful cramps in my lower legs. Not getting much sleep! It took three weeks before I started to see some relief but now I haven't had a cramp wake me for two weeks. If you are losing sleep from painful cramps in your lower leg/feet you owe it to yourself to try MAG R&R. IT WORKED FOR ME!”
