“This is an excellent product. I suffered from leg cramps so severely that I tried over-the-counter products that I had to take four times a day with some relief, but I didn't want to consume pills all day. This, you take at bedtime only, and what a relief it is not to be awakened by leg cramps. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!! Thank you so much!!”

“I'm a 61 year old Retired Army Warrant Officer, who has suffered for many years with night cramps and cramping during the day in the heat and even in the cold. I have taken about everything I could, including an Amish tonic that works great at stopping the cramps, but did little to prevent them. I also have bottles of the spray on foam, in almost every room in my home, to use when they start up in my legs. I can't describe the pain of deep cramps, but I'm sure if you’re reading this review, you know what I'm talking about. I did blood work at my doctor's office, trying to figure out what could be causing them. My Magnesium levels were within range, so I did not believe that was the problem. However, in desperation, I saw this stuff on a Facebook ad and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. It has stopped all my cramping!! Even the cramping I experienced during the daytime. I’ve been taking it for a while now and I’m really impressed. I will be buying more and will continue using it going forward.”
