“I was having numerous cramps either muscle or feeling like ligament cramping. The day I ordered the Salt Wrap, I had 3 cramps throughout the night. Since I’ve been taking Salt Wrap I’ve had maybe 3 nights that were a little cramping coming on. It will wake me up and I’m able to stop it before it continues. It’s made quite a difference for me and also helps me with staying asleep throughout the night. Maryln”

“I’ve been taking MAG R & R for two months. From the first night I’ve been able to sleep. I used to get relief from Magnesium but after having Total Knee Replacement I’ve suffered from RLS. Not anymore! I take 3 before I go to sleep and am so thankful.”

“My wife is satisfied, I have one suggestion. My wife is a small person so I opeded the capsils and removed half the ingreadants. Ability to purchase half the dose would be helpfull in our case. I would like to add that by doing the spliting of the pills, she has had many cramp free nights, with no side effects.”

“Didn’t have high expectations because I’ve hadn’t had a lot of luck when buying products like these online. But WOW… this works and it is FAST! My nocturnal leg cramps went from a few times per month to every single night. The most painful cramps I’ve ever experienced and the after effects and soreness would last throughout the next day. Plus I could never get back to sleep afterwards. Once I started on MagR&R - I have not had even one night that the cramps have returned and I sleep the whole night through. I am so pleased with this product. If you have leg cramps at night - you need to give this a try!!!”
