“If I take the 3 recommended I have no cramps. If I take 2, I may or may not have cramps, but they are fewer and often less intense. On a restful day I only need to take one tab to avoid cramps. One or two leave me sleeping well and alert all the next day. 3 demand a nap the next day. Very good for sleeping. Re-ordered the product.”
