“This product is truely amazing. I have suffered from severd leg, calf, toes etc. cramps causing me to get out of bed 4-5 times a night to stretch. I am sleep deprived and suffer from sleep apnea.”

“I have been taking Mag R & R about 1 1/2 years. I started with one pill nightly and it greatly reduced my nocturnal leg cramps. After one year, I still had occasional cramps so I went to two pills which completely eliminated my cramps. About a month ago, I went back to one pill to see if the cramps would stay away and so far, they have. I hightly recommend this supplement!”

“I started using this product a little over two years ago and the results have been nothing short of incredible. For the five years previous to starting to use Mag R&R I suffered from excrutiating cramps in one or both my shins virtually every night. I can't overstate how painful they were. My poor wife had to endure my screaming in pain for at least 20 minutes almost every night; I cannot imagine nor do I want to ever again experience pain to this degree, and it just kept getting worse until I literally dreaded going to bed at night. I tried every solution I could find (extreme hydration, accupuncture, massage, exercises right before bed, topical creams and much, much more). My doctor was sympathetic but offered no solution; he said that high doses of quinine might work but unfortunately it is not available in this country (although it once was). About the time I was about to order quinine from an overseas provider I came across Mag R&R in an add on Facebook or some other social media platform and decided to give it a try. The results were beyond my wildest hopes: within only three nights of taking three capsules before bed (as recommended by the manufactuer) my cramps DISAPPEARED!!!! I still use extreme hydration with the capsules but I am living proof that these things work as advertised, as unbelievable as that may sound. On extremely rare occasions I get a hint of a cramp coming on but if I jump out of bed and stretch that usually defeats the cramp. I also tried cutting back to two capsules but had hints that the cramps were "waking up" so back to three capsules I went. FWIW, I did briefly try just straight over the counter magnesium tablets and within days there were hints that the cramps were about to return, so back to my Mag R&R I went....no cramps!! I have turned a couple friends on to them and they too found incredible relief, including on cramps elsewhere on their bodies. I guess all I can really say is -THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I have my life back again (and my wife sends her thanks, too!).”
