“I have found R&R Mag very helpful in controlling my ankle to thigh nightly leg cramps as well as my restless legs. I have been unable to get any restful sleep before I tried this product. I use two capsules before bedtime and so far so good. I pray it will continue to work for me, if not, I may have to commit myself somewhere, that is how severe my cramps were. Thank you for this product.”

“i started taking these about 3 weeks ago. I thought my leg cramps were due to getting older. However in the last few months the type, frequency and level of pain and time to recovery were increasing. I woke up at 3am in agony and my family came in to see what was going on. My brother did research on leg cramps and came across the MAG R&R. I figured I'd try it as I haven't gone one night without a leg cramp. Literally from the day I took it, I have not had any more leg cramps. I'm shocked. I was skeptical. I used Theraworks for a while and it helped, but didn't make anything go away. This - surprisingly worked immediately. So you have a believer. I'm so glad my brother found it druing his reseraching and shared it with me. Thank you!”
