“Do yourself a favor and buy it. They’re not trying to make a buck off you. Dosage says take 3 capsules before bed. They suggested starting with one or two. I have only taken one at bedtime all this time. Can’t say enough about how wonderful I sleep”

“I get a severe drowsy hangover next day. Even if I take only one, I do not feel good next day. Feel drowsy and depressed. Does something weird to my brain.”

“One thing I can say my sleep is better. I’m taking 3 pills a night but it’s only been a couple of weeks. I haven’t gotten cramping like I was getting. I also increased my liquid and putting electrolytes in my water.”

“While three capsules nightly are suggested, I took one capsule to ensure that there were no allergy problems and I experienced no cramps for the first night in a long time. I have continued to use just one capsule every night and the cramps have not returned and I have slept well.”

“Before taking MAG R&R I was taking a magnesium supplement that seemed to help ok. However I was still suffering every evening with some form of night cramps. I decided I had nothing to lose with MAG R&R so I ordered it and within 2 nights the cramping was gone! It’s a miracle! I’m so grateful to not be afraid of falling asleep and being jolted out of bed by leg and foot cramps. Even my sleep number bed says that I’m sleeping better!!”
