“Because of my problem with nocturnal leg cramps, I began taking MAG R&R. I have been happy enough with its performance as a sleep aid and a help with the leg cramps that I have now begun taking the daytime version. It is not perfect, but it helps significantly.”

“So I have struggled with sleeping all night for years! I also struggle with night cramps on occasion but when I do the pain lasts for weeks. I have been taking this product for about 3 weeks and I have slept all night long and I have not had cramps one night. I would highly recommend this product. Certainly made a difference with my sleep habits!”

“My husband is now sleeping without twitching his legs. He was triggering about every 10-15 seconds for long stretches in the night. It shook the bed and woke me up. Now, he sleeps well and twitches only if he forgets to take it. Not sure, but this may have lowered his blood pressure after almost one course (bottle) of the Mag R&R. Thank you for this formula!”

“I started having restless leg syndrome about 6 months ago. It’s a miserable experience it felt like waves of electricity running through my legs. I tried MAG R&R and it worked for me! I take it about an hour before I go to bed and it worked! I was so happy.”
