“I used to get almost complete relief from the R&R - but the results became very inconsistent (I still have to use the topical foam of spray). One of your advisors told me to cut back on the # of capsules i take -and possibly incorrporate the tother, daytime use product (3-D). Now I take two of each at bedtime and it seems to work most of the time. Both products are too costly for someone on a fixed income.”

“I'm a multiple myeloma patient and suffer from restless leg syndrome. Gabapentin was somewhat helpful, but I prefer not to take it. I read magnesium could help, so I gave it a shot. I tried taking just one capsule but ended up taking 3 as recommended. It's been very helpful. My sleep gradually improved and the spasms stopped. Give it a chance!”

“I was skeptical about purchasing, and using this product only because I have purchased so many different magnesium products that didn’t work for me. “I am in my 70s, and have had increasing leg cramps at night as I've aged. It got to where I was being woken up 3-6 times a night from a deep sleep and had to stand to get them to stop. I was desperate, so I gave MAG R&R a try, and they immediately worked!! These stopped them. I think I've had them twice or three times in the past six months....most likely because I didn't drink enough water that day, but really easy, compared to before MAG R&R. I started by taking just 1 a night, but then moved up to 2, because I wanted to sleep aid, which also helps. I just feel relaxed, shortly after taking them, I get to sleep quickly, and I think I have a deeper sleep. When I have a bad diet day of eating a lot of sugar, or have had some alcohol, I'll take 3. They are amazing.”
