“Had tried some other solutions but none had been effective since quinine was restricted from distribution for this purpose. Also tried some personal recommendations briefly, but without real benefit. Initially tried full dosage (3 capsules daily) but results were negative so compromised to dose of two that has been good for me although I have not yet completed the first bottle. Will be happy to comment a bit later. Thanks.”

“Very satisfied. I take one pill after supper and I sleep well and no more restless leg during the night. So far 1 pill has worked,but good to know I can take up to 3. Would recommend it to anyone suffering from restless leg.”

“These pills are helpful to me re: muscle cramps in my legs at times, and also help falling asleep. They don't always yield the hoped for sleep support affect, maybe because I'm trying to not take more than 2.”
