“I’m 74. Avid duck hunter. Have to walk 150 yards in mud to duck blind. Broken back and 3 herniated disc in my neck. It’s my “out.” Time to talk to Man upstairs. Cramps in legs keep me up all night. Josh isn’t out to make a buck. He said start with one capsul. NO CRAMPS!”

“The product does stop the night cramps. They work just as described. They are not for me because my system can’t tolerate that much magnesium. Even one pill a night is too much. So I wait until the cramps come back and then I take one pill and not more than 2 nights in a row. Worth a try for you! They have excellent customer service!”

“I started dialysis 4 months ago. Within one month I experienced the worst restless legs. I discussed with multiple doctors, no helpful suggestions. Upon research I found Magnesium R&R. It helped immediately. I just reordered on a monthly subscription, which I have never done, it is that good. Thank you, I now look forward to going to sleep.”
