“I’ve been taking Mag R&R for two weeks for restless leg syndrome. I am beginning to see a bit better sleep with somewhat less leg tension. I take two capsules before bed. I’m not sure if I should try three. I am a petite woman so maybe two should be sufficient. I am hopeful my condition improves more. I plan to continue the pills.”

“I let myself run out of Mag R&R unintentionally and discovered what a difference it makes! I didn't sleep as well and started getting leg and foot cramps again. It's good to verify that something is working - I will not allow myself to run out again. Love the product.”
