“I thought I had another bottle in my cabinet, when I realized I didn't I immediately placed my order & received it within3 days. I live this product. I use to suffer from night cramps. Sometimes they were so bad I would cry from the pain. So glad I found this product. Thank you”

“My leg cramps were so severe that I wouldn't sleep at all. I read about MAG R&R online and thought to give it a try as nothing has worked so far. MAG R&R is an amazing product. I haven't had but maybe 2 episodes of cramps in 9 months”

“Only have taken it a few days so not sure how effective it will be. I have noticed some improvement in my sleep already. I have found it works best if I take it with a little food to prevent stomach upset.”
