“I am 76 years old. I was waking every night with leg cramps. I had tried a few other remedies including honey before bed and calcium tablets. But, those didn't work on their own. So, because I was losing sleep, I started searching for a remedy. When I looked at the R&R ads, I was skeptical but decided to try it. The ingredients are natural, which made me more comfortable about it. It took a few days to kick in but once it began to work I have not had ANY leg cramps even when I exert my muscles during the day. I have already recommended it to others.”
