“After suffering with nighttime leg and foot cramps for the past six months, I decided to give this product a try. I have been using it for about two weeks now and have noticed a decrease in the amount of cramps I am having by about 75%. I am definitely sleeping better ! I will continue to use it and hopefully will achieve 100% reduction soon!”

“I found that careful use of MAG R&R has virtually eliminated the night leg cramps that had plagued me almost every night. And I found that I only need to take one capsule on days when I don't do my 6-mile walk. On those three days, I use 2 capsules. Of course, I also make sure that I am getting proper hydration and a couple of bananas daily. I am 81 years old, 6'1" and 190 pounds.”
