“I REALLY needed a reset but couldn't wrap my head around FreshStart 21 which I've done several times (so I know all the prep involved :-) ). A 21-Day commitment just felt too overwhelming 5 days ago. The Thrive 7-Day Reset has been a perfect "baby step" and allowed me to visualize a smaller goal to get myself started. “I have done Thrive 7 once before. The dinner recipes, especially the Broccoli Steaks and Cauliflower Rice Bowl, are great. How do I know? My kids, even the picky eater, requests I make the Broccoli Steaks for them. They even make yummy noises when they ask. Some of the recipes have a lot of chopping, but it is worth it.”
“I can't say enough about Thrive. The recipes are delicious. I was fortunate to be a "tester" for the program, so I have had many opportunities to do the program, even though this is the first "live" cleanse with the tribe. Let me list the benefits I see with Thrive.
1. It's easy - just print out the shopping list or even pull it up on your mobile and it's all there. Prep is easy, too.
2. It's quick - I can easily prep my whole week in an afternoon, but if you don't, no biggie. Even without prepping ahead, I have to prob having dinner ready at my normal time, when I start prep after work.
3. It's fast - I know that this sounds the same as quick, but it's not. What I mean by "fast" is that I felt the benefits of the program right away. Even though the program is only a week long, it's still effective and the time commitment does not feel overwhelming. A week is nothing! No need to keep up the momentum after that, but you'll want to and you will have the satisfaction of completion under your belt.
4. I felt great on Thrive - I have completed the program several times and have never felt deprived or had any bad side effects. I had more energy and I lost weight. This program feels good for my mind as well as my body. I know that sounds weird, but knowing that you are doing something that's good for you and is easy besides makes you feel better about yourself and makes you want to do more. I's a fabulous new beginning for a better you!
