This cleanse was amazing. The recipes are so yummy and the ingredients are easy to find in the store! They don't cost an arm and a leg to purchase nor do they require crazy amounts of time and energy to make. My joints are so much happier (early arthritis) and my skin! Oh, my skin is glowing and looks younger. I'm sleeping better too. I won't go back - these recipes are part of my daily life now! Thank you, Jen!

Rawkstar makes these cleanses so easy. They supply all of the info you need-shopping lists, recipes, meal plans, and excellent support. All you have to do is commit to putting in the effort. You'll be glad you did!

It’s great for a general resetting especially if I ate bad the week before. What I don’t care for is two smoothies a day. When I work this is very difficult and leaves me hungry. I also tend to like hot meals. I like to feel like I’m eating somewhat normally and not like I’m on a liquid diet with salads

I had so much fun on my 3rd time doing the week long. For my schedule the thrive reset makes much more sense for me to do and I actually feel like it’s always doable. I’ve been such a long time fan of these whole food cleanses that I’ve declared myself a voluntarily ambassador. As a recent empty nester and currently working from home I also had the time to prepare the foods with love and attention to presentation. I love the snacks especially but also was so surprised how satisfied I was. Also doing it during the summer I really liked two green smoothies a day. I am going to incorporate a thrive cleanse every other month because I feel so good and accomplished after it!

I really enjoy the super simple format of the seven day resets. I love that I can make my body feel so good in only one week just by eating healthy food! My favorite part is having smoothies for both breakfast and lunch. Prepare once, and you’re good to go for two meals. This helps cut down on prep time significantly so I can spend my time elsewhere. The tonics may take some getting used to, but it’s amazing how your taste buds change during the week if you stick with it. Everything about the meal plan is well thought out...from the shopping lists to the recipes and FAQ’s. They make it easy and delicious!

I love doing the resets and cleanses- I feel the most organized during those times and have even done them on my own without the community accountability just to keep myself on track. I also think the fb group is really powerful- even if you aren’t posting or commenting, seeing other people with you or having the same experiences really helps keep the momentum. Tack that all on to the most important part- the recipes! Everything is delicious and the portions are perfect, I make 2 servings of the dinners or smoothies and have the second half for lunch a different day, I never feel like I have a ton of groceries left over at the end either.

Love the thrive resets! It’s the perfect quick cleanse when you are in a need to quickly get your healthy eating habits back in place and give your body a chance to function as best as it can. The prep work in the Thrive reset is not as (time) intensive as the 21 one day cleanse, but you still get to eat delicious meals, snacks and yummy tonics throughout the day - not forgetting the yummy smoothies too. There is always so much to fill up on, it doesn’t feel like an actual ‘reset’ or ‘diet’. Food flavors are so good! Best part, by day 3, I am sleeping better and have my energy levels at my highest levels. And skin glowing! It amazing what real food can do to you from the inside out!
