The only issue I had is that the cleanse is a bit labor intensive. I have 4 kids, so when my husband and I are doing the cleanse I also need to make food for my kids, so that makes it a bit harder for me. If it was just me, it wouldn't be a big deal, but doubling the recipes plus making food for my kids is a lot. That said, I make the Hearty Chard Skillet for my kids and they all love it. Most of them like the Coconut Curry soup (both of these recipes are easy and tasty).”

“I finished my 7 day reset last Sunday and have found a whole new way of eating!
