“I really think this is a wonderful program. I did not go into it to follow it to the letter, as much as to put the breaks on my extremely poor eating habits. I did not have trouble staying with it other than my digestion being pretty touchy - when that became a problem, I modified the diet accordingly. (This program may be too much raw food for my digestive system, or it was too drastic a change for me to implement overnight). If I did it again (which I am thinking about) I would definitely do more/all of the suggested prep work to cut down on kitchen time. I feel like I have accomplished something significant, and the program was my "line in the sand" that I have needed to draw for my health for a long, long time. I did love most of the recipes, some of which I look forward to integrating into my diet on a regular basis.”
