Thrive is a great program, easy to follow and enjoyable. The program is laid out in a easy to read format and everything is provided in terms of foods. I have followed this more than once when I felt I needed a pick-me up and the recipes are tasty and filling. Highly recommend!!

The food is delicious! 7 days is the perfect amount of time for a reset and to refocus! Can't wait to jump into a second round.

My husband and I really liked the Thrive menu plan - some of those snacks and drinks are my go-to favourites! The 7 day plan is definitely an easy accomplishment when factoring in 2 people and meals for kids, even my 2 yo enjoys some of the snacks and smoothies :) I have every SGS product and I recreate a number of the dishes frequently from all of the meal plans, we haven't had a bad meal yet!

I did the 7 day THRIVE last year and it has changed my complete way of eating. I lived sugarfree for 9 months afterwards without any cravings really. I lost a healthy 4 kilos within these 7 days and havn't gained anything since, even lost some more after changing my diet. Christmas kinda threw me off a bit but I am starting now to get back on track. I learned a lot about my body, health and how to add yummy and nutritious food alternatives to my daily diet. Thanks! Keep up the great work. Still love the Zoodle recipe from last year - just a bit more sauce required for that one 😎.

I bought Thrive before purchasing Fresh Start 21, and it is a perfect and easy way to get started and familiarized with plant-based eating! Also the recipes are always delicious. I was always impressed! I became a vegetarian shortly before purchasing this program and it was a great way to know what and how I should be eating. But you definitely don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy the recipes...my family also enjoyed the smoothies and dinners I made for myself. I also love that it is just seven days, because it feels easier for me to follow. My favorite recipes are the tamari almonds (I'd never tried tamari before and I even experimented with it in my stir-fries)...so good! I also enjoyed the coconut soup, the spiced almond milk, and Bliss green smoothie. All of these are so good and just require a few ingredients. Awesome plan to follow indeed! :)

I'm a long time reader (and recipe maker) of your site. Your awesomeness really came into its own when I was planning to get pregnant. At the time we knew we wanted to start a family but I was waiting to start trying until after my best friend’s wedding where I was chief bridesmaid so I could join in all the frivolity. That time was full of eating, drinking and merriment. When it was all over I felt as if I'd neglected my body, I wasn't eating great, wasn't doing much exercise. It didn't feel like my body was in great shape to create a new human! So I decided to do Thrive. I really needed it, I loved having the meal plan and really enjoyed the vibrancy and freshness of the food. I also got inspired by Jen’s blogs to get moving and went running or walking everyday. The movement and fresh air did wonders for my well being. Anyhow, after doing Thrive I felt much better in myself and we started trying for a baby. Three weeks later I was pregnant! During those nauseous first trimester weeks I continued to use some recipes from Thrive including the turmeric tonic which settled my tummy in the mornings. The Tamari Almonds were the perfect protein filled snack when I could manage actual food and the Agua Fresca Popsicles were great to have on hand in the freezer when I couldn't face any other food! It was great to have these quick healthy options on hand. Your articles on boosting smoothies and protein were a lifesaver too. After I came out of the haze that was the first trimester (constant nausea) I was suddenly starving ALL the time. I was looking for meals to satisfy my cravings but also ways to up my protein as a vegan mama to be. I had the Apple Cinnamon "donuts" a bajillion times (for the hit of protein and to satisfy sweet cravings and on rotation even more now my protein needs have gone up now I'm breastfeeding).I also craved something creamy and sweet in the evenings and the Spiced Almond Remix really hit the spot and saved me from grabbing something sugary. There are countless recipes I've made and enjoyed from your site and programmes so just wanted to say THAAAANKS. Thrive got me back on the right track after a time of excess and sluggishness and I kept the principles going afterwards, keeping up with giving my body tasty nutritious food and getting outside. When I was pregnant (I now have a little baby) I was so, so worried about getting enough nutrients and protein and you andc (without eating anything from a creature).

While there is a lot of prep (fresh veggies needs lots of chopping), it's well worth it and I never feel hungry. The shopping list and prep tips are really helpful to get organized. As usual, the recipes are delicious and I find new favorites every time I try a new plan. By the end, I'm feeling great (and lost seven pounds to boot)!

Everything about this week was great! It was so easy to follow due to the prep-ahead work (my key to success.) In addition to the tips provided, I made all my smoothies on the Sunday before, labeled in airtight mason jars, which made it super easy. I don't think there was anything I didn't like; the morning tonic took getting used to, but by the end of week I was almost looking forward to it. I I loved the almonds so much I keep some handy for snacks now, which can be a problem for me because I keep eating them! I dropped about 7lbs and plan to do Thrive every few months to re-address the habits and feel great! Another great cleanse by SGS that is changing my eating habits and best of all, changing my life! Thank you!!!
