Thrive: A 7-Day Cleanse Summer / Instant Download Reviews

Thrive has certainly helped with my sugar cravings and while I have reintroduced meat and eggs I plan to eat a lot more greens and less meat. I enjoyed the meals more than I expected and the drinks are now a part of my day also. The apple cider vinegar and a snack of almonds ( especially the sweet version) get me through the afternoon without eating sugary treats.

Pros It’s a perfect easy going cleanse, not as intense as the 21 day cleanse. I tend to do the 7 day cleanses in between the 21 day. If I’m feeling weighed down, don’t have the commitment time for the long haul, or maybe I just spent the week eating junk and my body is desperate for a pick me up. My go to is this cleanse. I feel lighter, more energetic, and less bloated. I even loose a couple pounds which is a bonus. Meals are super tasty and flexible. Cons Grocery bill is a bit higher, and recipes take time and prep work which is not my forte, I don’t like being in the kitchen but the benefits and results far outweigh the sacrifice . It’s worth it. All in all if your hesitant to try the 21 day cleanse start here it’s the perfect little cleanse to get you through and give a gentle reset.

I have done this reset a few times now. It really helps get me back on track after I fall off the wagon, especially when I don't have the time for the 21-day program. It keeps me in check and gets me excited about eating greens again as the recipes are so delicious! Great way to get started if you feel a bit intimidated or overwhelmed by the 21-day cleanse.

After 3 weeks of vacation, with too much of everything, we decided to try the Thrive Reset. The first few days were tough - I am used to daily coffee - but by day 4, my energy levels were up, I felt less bloated, and I was proud that we were able to stick with it. I do feel as if adding a day back into my normal schedule, especially after a weekend of travel or "bad habits" will be something I continue to do. And I will definitely incorporate most of the dinners into my regular rotation. Over the course of the 7 days, I lost about 4.5 pounds, was in less of a fog, and while my energy levels were not through the roof, I felt more energized when I woke up. I do think one of the downsides was that I did not feel as if I was able to stick to my normal workout routine - just not enough energy at the end of the day to give it my all - but I finally realized I just needed to add another fruit or veggie snack into the mix.

I just finished the seven days thrive, I haven’t weighed myself yet, so I don’t know if I lose any weight, but even if I didn’t loose any just tha fact that I feel amazing 😉, very energetic, clear thoughts and just amazing 😉, it pays it off. Thank you Jen.

I have always wanted to try a cleanse or fast but I get sick if I don't eat so the Reset intrigued me because I COULD eat. I turned 60 this year and I'm aware more than ever how precious my health is to continue doing all the hiking, biking, running, etc. that I love. It took me a couple months of "mind reset" to get ready for this body Reset, but then I was all in! I eat pretty healthy, very little meat, no soda or coffee, but love my chai latte in the morning, glass of red wine at dinner and Good and Plenty at night! So, I had a few vices to give up but it was surprisingly easy once I got started (I did eliminate or cut back the week before). My only withdrawal symptom was the nagging headache days 2-4, but Jen's email on day 4 reminded me this was normal. The shopping and prep work were fun! It cost me about $200 for food, but I didn't find that excessive as I didn't spend money going out all week (we figured we saved money!). I did some prep, but since I'm retired and home, I enjoyed the cooking each day. If I was working though, the prep work is brilliantly organized and would be very important to make this work. What was amazing is the fact that I was almost never hungry! I'm not a grazer so eating 5 times a day was different. I actually skipped the afternoon snack 2 days and the evening drink 3 nights. Otherwise, I followed the plan to the letter. I can't rave enough about the taste of the food I prepared! IT WAS DELICIOUS! I loved trying different foods (cauliflower rice and swoodles!), methods of cooking and putting different tastes together that worked. The final result was losing 3.5 pounds (of the 5 I gained after my husband retired!), feeling myself get rid of years of accumulated yuck and learning that I could give up my vices and treat my body to a fresh start. What I will take away from this amazing journey is the fact that I'm darn proud of myself for being good to ME. My husband was so supportive, tasted just about everything and is more that willing to incorporate it all into our daily lives. Some of my favorites: I have a difficult time "drinking" my meals, so while I enjoyed the flavors of all the smoothies, I loved the smoothie bowls or adding fruit I could munch on while drinking my smoothie (opened up a whole new smoothie mindset). The snacks...OH the snacks! Warm apple crisp (WOW), the Savory Trail Mix (that will become a staple), Tropical Avo salad (coolest mix of flavors ever!), Thai almond dip (I will serve this as an appetizer for guests) and the Winter Ambrosia Salad (had to take the bowl away from my husband before he ate it all!). The Cashew Cream had to be the biggest surprise. To compare it to plain yogurt was perfect, but all the ways it was used was ingenious and delicious! As for the dinners they were all so good, but if I had to pick favorites it would be the Spiralized Taco Salad (this was so much fun to make) and the Mushroom Stuffed Sweet Potato, but only because I'm crazy about sweet potatoes, mushrooms and Mexican food! And that cauliflower rice! That will become another staple! The food taught me so much about different ways to cook, prepare, season and put together plant based meals and I'm excited to learn more. I appreciated so many aspects of this reset, but especially how the "whys" were explained. Learning to take care of our bodies is so much easier when you understand why a food, drink or seasoning benefits. THANK YOU Jen and the Rawkstar team for putting together this incredible program. I look forward to trying others!

Two years ago, my son had introduced us to SimpleGreenSmoothies with his morning green smoothies every morning before going to work. We loved it!.... And then he left the house to live on his own. It took me some months to come back to this good habit after reading the book of a famous French naturopath, Irene Grosjean. It really made me want to slowly change my diet to a more healthy one. Thrive a 7-day challenge. was the perfect to start. It was so much fun with a lot of good tips. The recipes are yummy 😋 and I never felt hungry.... In fact more likely the opposite. It is amazing how full you can get from nuts, greens and vegetables only.. I highly recomnand you to try for yourself. So much good 😛 So much fun 😝 Looking forward to a new challenge with SimpleGreenSmoothies 🌱🌷
