I really like these 7 day resets. It's a reasonable amount of time to get noticeable results. I actually think of it more as a detox because that's how I feel ; I'm detoxing. I do it seasonally every year for the last 3 years. I lose a few pounds and just feel so much better at the end of the 7 days. It's a great recharge to my system. It both detoxes my digestive system and then gives it a break. Smoothies twice a day are actually easy to do and the dinner menus are tasty enough that my husband enjoys them, too. Sometimes I need to give my body a break, and this has been the perfect way for me to do it. I actually like doing the winter cleanse after the holidays, when it's harder to eat healthy and there's always extra stress. Prep work can seem like a lot, but it actually gets easier the more I do the resets. It's also totally worth doing the prep work for the week. I feel better and that's why I keep coming back to the resets, every summer and winter; sometimes more than once.

Thrive is the perfect length! We can do anything for 7 days! Having a green smoothie for breakfast and lunch makes meal prep for the week simple.

I was hoping to do a cleanse that would rid my body of toxins and help with my arthritis in a delicious, nutritional and filling way. I've tried cleanses before and always felt hungry and the recipes were tasteless. This was very satisfying and yummy! I'm glad because it fulfilled my goals for taking this on. I had energy to climb to the top of a mountain with only my smoothy and water on my back. My hand feels a lot better so I'll continue with the meal plans. It's so easy to follow and so fun to add these many delicious ingredients that are healthy, anti inflammatory and delicious. I didn't feel like I was giving up anything except maybe a glass of red wine at dinner.

Thrive: A 7-Day Reset is aptly named; it is the perfect reset for your body! I've done both the summer and winter versions several times now and they are just such a refreshment when I've indulged in a few too many fall desserts or summertime ice cream. The duration of these resets is perfect! Seven days is enough to recalibrate your stomach and your brain–to shake those cravings and remind your body what feels good and is good for it. I know that in just seven days, I am going to feel better, lighter, healthier, and more like the me that I want to be! It's not as big a commitment as the three-week cleanses (which are also amazing, but they are bigger commitments), so it feels manageable, even if you have a busy schedule. The recipes are delicious, and I love that they are seasonally themed. It works with what is available at markets and stores, and many of the recipes have become part of the regular rotation of meals in our family. If you're hesitant to try it out, just remember this: if you want the same results you've always gotten, do the same thing you've always done. If you want different results, try something different! Seven days is a small amount of time to invest in a healthier you!

The Summer Reset was just perfect for cleansing and getting back into whole food plant based eating that was healthy rather than eating unhealthy vegan food. Both my husband and I enjoyed the recipes.

I love doing the 7 day Thrive Reset. The recipes are extremely flavorful and taste amazing! I like have a menu planned for me as well as a list of prep steps to complete. Doing this reset started me on the path to looking and feeling better about myself. Additionally I was able to lose some weight. Although it does take some work to follow the reset, if you do the prep work it makes it easier to stay on track. If I can do it anyone can! Kale Yeah!

The Thrive 7 day reset gets me back in the habit of starting my day with warm water and lemon and my healthy green smoothie. It is a reminder to myself that what I put in my mouth has an impact of my overall well being. My husband and I both did the Thrive 7 day reset. I bought all of the hard copies of the resets so that I can rotate these veggie powered recipes into our weekly meal planning and grocery shopping. The shopping list make it so easy to make sure you have everything on hand. I would recommend this to anyone needing a kick in the pants.

I absolutely LOVE these cleanses, and, no, that is not an exaggeration! I did my first SGS 21-day cleanse four or five years ago now. I started with the green smoothies and noticed a difference in my skin, my energy level, alertness, etc. I debated before buying Fresh Start: Autumn, but I decided to go for it and have never looked back! Fast forward a few years. I now do the full 21-day cleanses a couple of times a year, and many of the recipes are in regular rotation in my family. Because of Fresh Start, I have learned how my body reacts to certain foods. I know what makes me feel good. I no longer feel bound to food, as if I have no choice in what my body craves. My skin hasn't been a problem in years (as it was most of life before I found SGS). And these recipes are truly delicious. I would even say that Fresh Start helped me learn to cook! Completing the whole 21 days was the toughest part of the whole thing. Your body is cleansing from the things it has been accustomed to for a very long time, and that can be hard. I think the key to me completing the entire cleanse was the online community. The support and encouragement there is second to none and really helped me push through the rough parts of cleansing. I'm so thankful for and to the SGS community and creators!
