“The product is great work really well very pleased. Not so pleased with the office staff who couldn't even print the address label correctly, it gave the delivery company all sorts of problems trying to find us,”
“This was the second Teasmade that we purchased in the past three weeks. The first did not make tea when set to ‘alarm with tea’ . It was returned to the supplier for a refund. We then thought that to buy directly from Swan would be preferable and received a Teasmade promptly. This, too, does not make tea when set to ‘alarm with tea’. Nor does the alarm go off when set to ‘alarm only’. So now we are using a separate alarm lock and switching on the Teasmde for a cup of tea. I believe that there is an issue with the switches in the manufacturing process. This is most disappointing.”
“Sadly the clock doesn’t’t work at all. The recycling collection came on the day it arrived so be have lost the packaging and can’t send it back. Makes morning tea but we switch it on.”
