“I have had a Swan Teasmade by my bedside for over 20 years. They don't last forever, so I've had a number of replacements - fine. Unfortunately, I have now had FIVE faulty teasmades on the trot - when the time clicks the alarm, it just turns off - no tea, no alarm!
It is now a week since I contacted Swan (email only - no phone!!) and the only contact I have had is a request for a review! Well here it is!!! Lousy product, lousy service.”
“On automatic morning setting the Teasmade has only worked three times. When it gets to the time for making the tea it turns itself off. I then put the switch down to now and it works. What is happening?”

I have been given a faulty teasmade
Although i check and double check that the teapot is all the way home when the alarm goes off it disengages the teapot so I have to get up to make the tea
I have recently lost my husband and I thought this would be ideal for me to make my tea for me in the morning
Mote than disappointed what a complete waist of money

“Teasmade works but has a dodgy switch to start it, so you can not rely on it to wake you up as it just won’t switch on at the set time. This is my 3 rd Swan teasmade and all the others have been fine, so this one is faulty.”
“We bought the teasmade to replace an older version that had stopped working on the timer. The new one also did not work on the timer so we contacted Swan and they readily replaced it. However, the new one also does not work on the timer. Customer service has been good but the product has serious issues. We have kept this one as it works on manual but it is far from satisfactory.”
