“This is yet another faulty product - having purchased two through Amazon in the last couple of months I decided to go direct to Swan. The first one from them was also faulty and this is the replacement - lo and behold this is also faulty. Customer Services do not reply to emails and there are no phone numbers. It keeps reaching the time the alarm has been set but just switches off without making the tea (I am now keeping a daily record - in the last week there have been three refusals and just two successes. It can't be a problem of my making as I can switch it to 'now' without touching anything and I get the tea -but later than expected and without the assurance of being woken at the pre-set time!!! Nobody at Swan seems to care despite my message included in the returned item. I thought Amazon was challenging but Swan have proved far worse to get hold of so it looks as though I may have to return this - -how much longer can I carry on. . . . . . .”
“Having waited 3 weeks for the Teasmade to arrive, when it was finally delivered it did not work. The alarm setting would not start the tea making process. It has been sent back and still awaiting a refund.”

“I have had a teasmade in its various forms continuously over the last 67 years. This latest iteration is excellent except that one of the switches does not operate properly. It is necessary to switch it off and back on to get it to work. Nearly perfect but not quite.”
