“i went with the vintage one because of the tray on top and the light from the clock is less than the the modern one . Does exactly what its meant to and works well , just a few quibbles the red on light is very bright and cant be adjusted and is on the whole night . after its made the brew on the timer it then bleeps very very loudly until you get up and turn it off not a problem but very annoying. also the chamber to put your water into is very small meaning you can spill a lot pouring in making a mess . A funnel would have been better . marks and spencer breakfast tea and nice china cup and your already to go just don't forget the milk the night before”
“after 1 week, I contacted them to ask where it was and then cancelled order as the teas made did not arrive. It took a further week to get any proper response from them. Eventually, I did get a confirmation that they had finally cancelled the order and remit used me in full for the cost”
“I have purchased and returned 5 of these because they all have the same fault. That is when you set the timer to wake you up with a cup of tea, instead of doing that it switches itself off and you then oversleep. I have spoken to customer services and they acknowledged that there was a faulty batch. They agreed to send me another one that has a new switch . But this one also does the same fault. What a shame that a reputable long standing company cannot get it right. I am now waiting on returning this one.”

“I was pleased with the speedy delivery because I am lost without my early morning cup of tea. The clock face is clear and the design is compact. The dimmable light shines from below and does not illuminate the face evenly. However the sound of the boiling kettle is preferable to any other kind of alarm!”
