“I Started at 107kg Lost 20kg using the shake, with my normal training program. Still use the shake for my after training shake and am sitting at 90kg with my chest staying the same size. Best product I’ve used kept all muscle tone and size with losing all that fat. Didn’t even know I could get to this weight. Cheers guys”
