The Man Shake is a healthy meal in a shake. The program is simple to follow and the best part is you don't have to give up the food you love or starve yourself to the bone.

4 x The Man Shake or The Man Shake GO!

The Man Shake contains 15 servings, so this pack can last you 30 days if you follow the 2 shakes a day program. The Man Shake GO! contains 10 servings, with each serving containing 2 shots of caffeine, thus it is recommended to have only one of these per day (breakfast is the best!) and one of your normal The Man Shakes.

Please note that if you follow the 2 shakes a day program with The Man Shake AND The Man Shake GO!, this pack will last you approximately 25 days.

“Great product but it would be nice for regular customers to receive some bonus additional product rather than a calendar and a pen. Maybe a buy 10 get one free. The buy 3 get 4 is a gimmick and what it should cost, it's not a free bag at all.”

“The shake is what I expected. However I thought I was buying a pack of 15 serves, not a giant bag that I had to scoop from, this is not only inconvenient for my lifestyle, but it’s also a dusty, messy, sticky pain in the ass having to fish the stuff out of a half full bag”
