I have been enjoying the gentle yoga videos, and I’m very grateful for the online access while traveling. I’ve been doing yoga for many years, but I need the gentle approach now that I’m approaching 70. I was surprised and delighted the other day when, in the “joints” video, placing one’s feet “hip width apart” was actually explained (“two fists’ width between the feet). Never have I heard this description given. My one suggestion for Cat would be that she not direct us into partial positions only to stop for lengthy explanations, leaving us "suspended" mid-position. (This happens particularly in the "legs" video.) No matter our age, there’s always more to learn! Thank you very much for this high quality, useful product.

Thank you so much. You have such a sweet voice and gentle way about you. I feel as if I have a friend talking to me and guiding me in the way I wish to go at this present time

I love this yoga class! I ordered the online access and it is excellent. I set my laptop on the coffee table and work out on my living room floor, which is fortunately carpeted. It is very convenient and I don't have to travel anywhere. Thank you so much for including this yoga series on your wonderful website. I very much like all that you offer here as all the articles provide thoughtful insights into the issues we ladies in our 60s encounter on a daily basis. Your emails open a treasure trove of information, encouragement, and hope!

We are very happy with the purchase. My husband and I are doing yoga together. I have had pain in my neck and shoulder area for years now and he has hips and lower back problems. We love how there are segments that addresses each area.

The instruction is pleasant and encouraging, and the teaching is about the true benefits of yoga, not about showing off or tying yourself in a knot, but about healthy, nourishing movement and peace of mind. Too often older people are overlooked in modern yoga. It is a gift for all ages. There’s no doubt that yoga isn’t completely able to turn back the hands of time, but it can help us to reach our potential, wherever that may be as we age, and to accept limitations with a little more equanimity than might otherwise be the case. Thank you for helping to make these yoga videos available. It’s such a thoughtful thing to do.

Thanks for this opportunity. Thank you Cat for a wonderful series. For some years now i have not been able to do any form of exercise as if I did, i'll be exhausted. Even walking got to a point up to 10 mins was a bonus. Your video series were the only thing I could do and not only not feel fatigued but really looked forward to doing the next ones. Even my 22 yo son used a couple (as he is right into martial arts, yoga, stretch etc) but couldn't get over how amazingly your 2 he did worked and yet such a simple process. Only complaint is i'd love to hear less explanation as to how or what in the last video. I really just wanted to go into the flow of the moves. The gentle reminder of breathing etc is great. However we had all explanations in the other videos we didn't need it at the end. Great work and thank you for allowing my body to experience exercise not coupled with issues later. Also, I noticed when I didn't do them a few days, I'd feel pretty crabby so I'd do one again and my body was so much better. I am only 56 yo. :) So looking forward to a great body when i'm 60 ;) THANK YOU.

I want to thank you for The Gentle Yoga Video Series! I am so pleased with my purchase! I just started doing Yoga at age 67. Truthfully I was afraid that it would be too hard for me. What a wonderful surprise to find out that Yoga is fun and easy to do. I do it everyday now. I love how I feel....so relaxed, light, and limber. I look forward to my daily sessions as a special time just for me! I would recommend this series to everyone....no matter age or shape that you are in!
