“This one replaced my older one that received enough abuse to justify replacement. The Forefront 2 Mips has great ventilation with the Koroyd "straws" . They are also much better at energy and impact absorption than styrofoam. Just an all around great helmet.”

“I've been a long time user of Smith glasses so no surprise that I absolutely love the Forefront2. The helmet is packed with features and technology. It's lightweight and I really dig the length of the viser. Overall the helmet feels really robust. I am only giving it 4 stars as I think the eyewear integration could be a bit better and more intuitive. I would definitely recommend for someone looking at getting a new trail helmet.”

“This is my second Forefront. The first one was 5 years old and likely overdue for replacement. I shopped other brands — 6D, TLD, Poc — but none of them fit my head as well as the Forefront. So I bought another. Believe me, I wanted to try something new, more stylish, but in the end fits drives everything — comfort, safety, satisfaction. What made the decision even easier was having the Aleck Crash Sensor integrated into the lid. I ride alone often and it gives me peace of mind.”
