“The helmet that was shipped was not the actual helmet that was ordered based off the picture on the site. I intentionally ordered that helmet because of the y connector ear strap. When I started communication with the support people, they originally did not read the full email, pictures provided as part of the explanation, to just be given a general response. All in all I returned the helmet as nobody seemed to be willing to help me get the helmet that I ordered. They were just ok with sending me a return slip. Yes they offered to check if I ordered again, but they should have done this from the start, ship me the right helmet along with a return slip. I'm done with Smith. I felt not heard, I didn't feel that I was a priority as a customer. Something is missing in their training.”
