“This helmet is fantastic, but what was better was the customer service. I had a different helmet and a small part broke on it after a minor bump from an overhanging limb. Smith couldn't replace the part as they considered it to be unsafe. My helmet was no longer made, so they offered a replacement value that allowed me to upgrade to an even better helmet. It was unexpected and refreshing to see such an amazing policy and investment in customers. That kind of customer service is a rarity today but Smith gets it and has found a customer for life.”

“Currently on my 4th Forefront helmet and they're awesome. They've likely saved my life numerous times. Fit and weight is spot on, materials are great, MIPS works very well, visor is functional, etc.
Pair it with some of the MAG shades and you'll be really happy.”
