Love the protection features, the fit and the finish. Hope they will make the Koroyd true black with the black model for next years!

Super comfy, easy to adjust on the fly, and fits really well. Everything functions well and I really like the three visor height positions. Would recommend if you are looking for a halfshell with good coverage/safety.

Checks all the boxes for me, crash replacement makes it the obvious choice.

I bought this and a Session helmet while hunting for a modern helmet (mine was a pre-mips/spin Bell). The brand's design lured me in, particularly their colour palettes, but both helmets were uncomfortable, which made me return them. The attachment system dug into my skull, making it painful to wear; this was, ultimately what made me return the helmet. Both helmets had poor air circulation, making them hot almost right after putting them on (the Session more so than the Forefront 2). I guess this had to do with the koroyd tubes blocking air flow. Now, in all fairness, it was not easy to let go, as I did love the design, and as I mentioned before, Smith's colour palettes (and highlights) are an oasis in the primary colour desert that cycling accessories is (do toddlers make colour choices in ALL companies?). I ultimately chose a POC Ventral air helmet (the last one with SPIN), as its attachment system was silky smooth, the structural design is immaculate (minimalism geometry for the win), it is light, and it has the smartest ventilation system (the Swedes are into physics and jet aerodynamics). However, POC's colour palettes are boring, Smith could really outmanoeuvre them if they wanted, just sort out the attachment and ventilation systems and you're there. I don't care if the helmets are not aero inspired (vomits).

This helmet is light and offers a lot of coverage. The style is also a plus.
