“I've been a Smith guy for YEARS. Ordered these with prescription lenses. Much cheaper than the optometrist office and turn around time was good. Only issue for me is they're a little thin/flexible compared to previous models I've worn. I'll stick with Smith though as they have a great warranty and great customer service.”
“The frames were cool, the prescription was reversed from left to right so I had to send them back after waiting for 2 weeks to get these glasses, you would have thought the manufacturer would have put a rush on the next pair to get them out and back to me quickly, but no, end of the line and another 2 week wait, this is my second pair in 3 years, first pair I bought through my optometrist with no issues, customer service is sad here.”
“I sent Smith the same eye glass prescription that has been successfully filled for me three times by my optometrist in three separate pairs of glasses…
What Smith sent to me was completely unwearable. I can’t focus clearly - I can’t see - at all. Smith’s policy is no replacements, no exchange, no refund on RX. That being the case - I just completely wasted $250. The worst part? These glasses aren’t useful for ANYONE. With how inaccurately Smith attempted to fill this prescription, I will never by a pair of RX glasses through Smith or my optometrist in the future. AT the very least, Smith should offer to accept these in their recycling program so as not to have just produced another piece of garbage plastic.”

“New prescription is right on. Just used in the Bahamas and the lens color was good. Would be great if Smith offered a yellow lens in prescription for low light conditions.”
