Hi Delayne, Thanks for your review. This sometimes happens when the glass is getting too hot. I see you placed 2 x orders for fire diamonds, but I don't see any purchases for a burner or fire pit. If your fire pit was built DIY style, or was purchased from another source, we would need to make sure the burner setup is compatible with fire glass. More often than not, when receive claims similar to yours, we find that there is something else causing the issue. We'd be happy to troubleshoot with you over the phone.
