“First one was in bad shape and I had to chisle away the dirt around the roots. So they sent a replacement. And the replacement has such a huge trunk it looks like a tree. I am not impressed with this company. Who wants to make an arrangement with a succulent that looks like a tree? Not me. And a few of the leaves are in bad shape and look like they were going to die from lack of water”

“Packed bare rooted, which I did not like. Plant was LIMP and WILTED. Fortunately, I had an extra pot and soil to transplant ASAP. Hoping it survives. Combined both orders into one pot. The other specimen was as dry and limp as the other. Shipping plants in 90 degree heat bare rooted when it takes several days to arrive at a destination seems foolish at best. Again, hoping they survive. If not, DEFINITELY asking for a refund!”
