“Unlike the rest of my order of 6 plants, Baby Toes looked as if it was bounced around in its packaging and all the "Toes" were damaged and not salvageable. This is the 1st time I have received a damaged plant in my orders. I have always been quite pleased with my orders otherwise.”

“My cactus arrived a bit squished looking. I hope it spreads back out as it sits in its pot. I also paid extra for 2 day shipping but it took 5 days to get here and looks like it was shipped with a light parcel shipping from USPS which on USPS site says 2-8 days or longer. I wouldn't have paid extra for 2 days had I known. Most things come in 5 days anyway. So my plant is in okay condition but I probably wouldn't shop from here again because the shipping thing seems dishonest.”

“The baby toes had 3 or 4 broken off. The heart plant had one whole string broken off. I put it in water to see if I can make it grow on its own. a little disappointed but other than that. The plants look healthy.”
