“I ordered 3 Chinese Dunce Cap plants but one of them is rotten. When I asked for a replacement, the response was I would need to purchase something else in order for them to send me a replacement bc it wouldn’t be economically or environmentally friendly! This doesn’t provide 100% satisfactory guarantee to me !”
