“I am quite disappointed with my order. It has been 4 days since I wrote to customer service about the quality of my plants on arrival and have heard nothing. I have 4 plants that aren't showing signs of reviving, even after almost a week. 15.00 to ship for it to take a full week and plants coming crushed and many pieces broken off is not the way to keep customers.”

“Bad packaging led to completely roughed up plant. Not sure i want to try ordering more based on this first package.. However, the vsoh did make a recovery.”
