2 didn’t make it and all others are alive. Chinese dunce cap and monanthes polyphylla didn’t make it. all others I’ve ordered are thriving.

Decent plant. One section wasn't rooted and fell out of the pot during shipping and clearly died. Bone dry again.

Literally came pretty much dead. Almost all of the babies fell of. This plant was utter disappointment.

Again bone dry and lost most of it's dirt. Half of it wasn't rooted and lost some of it's leaves. I'm going to try to prop them.

I will never EVER purchase from this company again. All of the plants I received looked terrible. But the Mendozae was is in the WORST health and worst shape I've ever seen. All I received was a pot with rooted stems that were broken and even cut, with mostly dead and dying leaves on it. However, it was NOT damaged in shipping. There was no loose dirt, stems or broken leaves in the box. It was simply sent to me that way. (see enclosed photo) It took a ton of emails and having to wait a week between *each* reply, and they finally sent a replacement. Imagine my astonishment when the second one…a plant that THEY THEMSELVES describe as “fragile”…was sent FIRST CLASS instead of Priority, and was packed in there LOOSE, just one tiny crumple of paper for padding, so the plant literally bounced around with no protection. I would expect if a company was replacing a damaged plant that they themselves describe as “fragile” and their customer was already upset with the HORRIBLE customer service, that they would at least use Priority Shipping for the replacement. But no. Just more BAD customer service. So the replacement (thanks to them using first class) took almost about TEN DAYS to arrive, and I was livid to find that the box was squashed like an accordion. Naturally that Mendozae was in terrible shape as well. But surprisingly, the one crushed by the post office wasn’t even as bad as the first one they shipped me. Keep in mind, the first one was actually SENT to me in that condition. That week I ordered succulents and cactus from 4 different companies. Succulents Depot was by FAR the absolute WORST in every way possible. In fact, they were the ONLY one I had problem with. All the others arrived perfect and beautiful and had great customer service. Look at the photo of mine and compare it to the photo they show on their site and notice they’re not even close! (PS: the photo of the box was the replacement that was shipped first class instead of priority)

I’m afraid this delicate plant did not travel well, arrived collapsed and while I tried to replant it, it appears to be dying.
