“I will start this off by saying that this is honestly the worst packaging of plants I have ever seen in my life. The pots were not secured in the box at all and there was loose soil everywhere. The only thing protecting the plants was a piece of thick tissue paper, smashed down on top of them. That was it. Luckily, the plants themselves were in decent condition, and are doing well now. (I purchased multiple).”

“The way they arrived was very disappointing, they were not in there pots. They were very dry and dirt was everywhere. But I got them planted right away so I'm hopeful they'll be okay.”

“The shipping was fine, and the plant arrived safely. However, I was going by the photograph that you had posted, which is very deceiving. After I looked them up, I realized most of them are just red and green. I know it depends on the amount of light and other variables, But it would be better if you posted a more realistic photo. I’ve started ordering from companies that send the exact plant that’s in their photograph. I feel that it’s safer.”
