“Terrible haphazard, unprofessional packaging. The plant was strewn about the entire box it was in. Don't know that it will do well. The packaging of the plants I received was across the board unacceptable, but this was the one that resulted in plant damage. First and last-time customer here. Bye.”

“Acceptable but barely. It looks really leggy, has lost many of its leaves and certainly doesn't look like the photo on the website. I am disappointed. I can't "fix" so many lost leaves. Note: while a few leaves fell off in transit, which is to be expected, the number was maybe 5. That number doesn't account for the 10's of leaves that fell off prior to packing and shipping. I would have not purchased the plant if the photo of the actual plant I received (leggy and barren vs. full) had been posted on the website. Not worth $8. : (”

“I'm pretty sure my wandering dude just couldn't handle being shipped. It arrived dry and brown with a little bit of green in its stem and some pink in the foliage. I'm trying my hardest to make sure it lives.”
